Jeffrey L. Hubbard

Mr. Hubbard is a recognized national expert in providing non-distress accelerated sales and capital market solutions to complex real estate situations.  Mr. Hubbard’s entire career focus has been executing structured, accelerated marketing programs of quality commercial and residential property for corporations, financial institutions, developers, non-profit organizations, government agencies, investors and individuals.  He is among the most experienced executives in the real estate auction industry having sold over $1 billion worth of properties across almost every asset class including apartment buildings, office buildings, industrial, shopping centers, development land, condominium developments and luxury homes.

A particular area of expertise has been executing both commercial and residential portfolio sales.  Mr. Hubbard has conducted some of the largest commercial and residential portfolio auction sales ever to occur in the United States, including a 340-property portfolio of 1-4 family homes, the largest auction of its type to take place in the Northeast.   He has successfully completed portfolio sales for financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Prudential and Washington Mutual.

Mr. Hubbard is active in the bankruptcy and restructuring space, representing debtors, secured creditors and trustees in both Chapter 11 and 7 proceedings throughout the United States.  He is a specialist in structuring creative accelerated marketing programs as a strategic workout solution between borrowers and lenders both in and out of court.

He is a nationally recognized authority on accelerated disposition strategies regularly quoted in publications, such as The New York Times, The New York Post, The Wall Street Journal and The Daily Deal on the subject.  Mr. Hubbard has written extensively on real estate auctions as a powerful solution based disposition strategy.  He is a regular speaker at a variety of professional and real estate organizations.

Mr. Hubbard is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, The Turnaround Management Association and The Real Estate Board of New York.

Mr. Hubbard has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College Of William and Mary and is licensed broker and salesperson in several states.
